Processing Time
Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Express options available at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship to Canada and worldwide. International orders typically take 7–14 business days.
Packaging
All orders are shipped in discreet, unmarked packaging with tamper-evident seals.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the nature of research chemicals, we have a limited return policy to ensure product integrity and safety.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Unopened Products: Unopened, sealed products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs. Products must be in original sealed condition.
Opened Products: Once a product seal has been broken, it cannot be returned due to contamination and safety concerns.
